Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or an authorized third person, who is not the carrier, has taken the goods into possession.
To use your right of objection you have to inform us (E. B. Jansen, Forststraße 8, 56593 Horuahsen, Phone.: 02687-9266847, e-mail: info@de-atramentis.com) by a clear indication of intent to withdraw from the contract (e.g. by mail, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form which is, however, not compulsory.
To safeguard your right of objection it is sufficient to send off your declaration of intent before the period of appeal has expired.

Consequences of the Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments received by you including costs for delivery immediately (with the exception of additional costs incurred by using other delivery methods than offered by us for a low cost standard delivery) and latest within fourteen days from the day your withdrawal information has reached us. For this refund we use the same means of payment that you originally used for this transaction unless something else has been explicitly agreed on. In no case will we charge you any handling fees for this refund. We can refuse payment of the refund until the goods have been returned to us or we have received clear evidence of dispatch, whichever happens first.
You are obliged to return the goods immediately and in any case latest within fourteen days from the day you informed us about your intent to withdraw from the contract. The time limit is kept when you dispatch the goods before the period for appeal of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs for dispatch of these goods.
You will be charged for a possible depreciation of the goods only if this depreciation was caused by not using the goods in the manner and function they were intended for.

Exclution or Advanced Expiry of the the Right of Objection

In case of delivering sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return, the right of objection is aborted when the seal has been removed after the delivery of goods.
General Notes

1) Please avoid damages or contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging including all accessories and all package components. If necessary use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please make sure to use suitable package material to protect the goods from transport damages.

2) If possible, please return the goods to us postpaid.

3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a requirement for you to exercise an effective right of objection.
